Staff Access for Report Investigation
Relay staff may access the content of direct messages and group direct messages solely when investigating a user report of abuse, harassment, illegal content, or other violations of our Terms of Service. Access is limited to what is necessary to investigate and resolve the reported matter, is never used for any other purpose, and is logged internally for accountability. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to this limited access for safety and enforcement purposes.
